A Dutch Colonial period Indonesian hutch cabinet from the early 20th century, with bonnet top, shelves, drawers and cabriole legs. Created in Indonesia at the turn of the century, this Dutch Colonial cabinet attracts our attention with its large bonnet top sitting above a dark brown façade, contrasted by red and gold accents. Two doors, adorned with arching panels and flanked with carved side posts, open to reveal inner shelves, while the lower section showcases two drawers with molded cartouches.
Raised on four cabriole legs with ball and claw feet and scrolling foliage on the knees, this Dutch Colonial early 20th century piece from our cabinets collection will be a great focal point in any bedroom, living room or foyer.
