- Phone Orders – Call us at 914-423-3380 (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). If we’re unavailable, leave your name, phone number, and item details, and we’ll call you back.

All prices are in US dollars ($) and are subject to change at any time.
All item dimensions are measured approximately to the nearest quarter-inch. Please contact us if you need an exact measurement.
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, variations in monitors may result in slight differences. If you need additional details, contact us at 914-423-3380.
If you're in the NYC Metropolitan area, we offer In-Home Presentation Services to showcase our collection in your home or business. You can also schedule a private appointment at our Yonkers warehouse for an exclusive tour of our collection and see your item in person prior to purchase.
We ensure secure and professional packing for safe delivery using:
- UPS – For smaller items
- Freight Carriers – For larger pieces
- White Glove Delivery – Includes unpacking and placement in your home
- All shipments are fully insured
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the item.
International Shipping: Yes, we ship overseas. Contact us at 914-423-3380 or Info@FEAhome.com for a custom shipping quote, which includes packing, shipping, and insurance.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: We ship to these locations! Please contact us for a custom shipping quote based on your order and location.
APO/FPO & P.O. Box Shipping: We do our best to accommodate these requests. Contact us to discuss available shipping options.
- Items typically ship within 5-7 business days of the order date.
- If an item requires modifications (such as color, finish, or custom work), additional time may be required.
At FEA Home, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our pieces. Each item is carefully selected, and many are one-of-a-kind antiques or artisan-made works. Every order is fully insured and handled with care, with white-glove delivery available nationwide.
We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please notify us through the contact form on our Contact Us page, and our team will provide details for initiating a return.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders are non-cancelable while in transit.
- Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
- Items must be returned in the condition received and in their original packaging. Products with scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be accepted.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for: Sale items, customized pieces, or made-to-order items.
Costs & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which may be higher than the original outbound shipping cost.
- Original shipping fees (Standard or White Glove) are not refundable once services have been provided by the carrier.
- Any international customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a reputable, insured carrier. FEA Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
How to Request a Return or Report Damage
- Submit a request via the Contact Us form or email info@feahome.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
- Await written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.
We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but on rare occasions, damage can occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Document the damage immediately and take clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- All sides of the shipping box
- The internal packaging materials
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Email info@feahome.com or contact us with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos.
Keep all packaging and documentation
- Our shipping partners may require inspection before a claim can be processed.
- Once we review the details, we will guide you through the resolution process, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the item’s availability and condition.
- Every item undergoes a thorough inspection before being released to our trusted shipping partners.
- Customer Inspection Required: We strongly encourage you to inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
- If any damage is detected, a claim must be filed directly with the freight carrier upon receipt. FEA Home is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit.
- Reporting Timeline: Any concealed damages must be reported to FEA Home within 2 days of delivery. Failure to do so will be considered a waiver of claim.
