Description

A set of four Chinese carved elmwood screen panels from the 19th century, with fretwork motifs and foliage décor. What is not to love about this set of four screen panels? Presenting a lovely brown patina, each panel is carved with exquisite motifs. The upper section features fretwork patterns, delicately accented with petite flowers surrounding a central mythical creature, while the lower part is adorned with foliage, carved in low-relief on the wooden structure.
