This late Qing dynasty Chinese cabinet combines practical storage with bold hand-carved detail. Two long drawers with brass ring pulls sit within a facade framed by scrolling floral brackets, a carved apron and open side panels.
Substantial plank construction, surface variation and a deeply weathered patina record generations of use. Originally suited to domestic display, its versatile proportions now work as a console, side cabinet or characterful accent with useful drawer storage.
