A vintage pair of black bronze servants made as a coffee table base from the mid 20th century. Attracting our attention with its skillful depiction of two servants kneeling forward to receive the tabletop on their backs and right hands, this bronze base will look wonderful with a glass top of your choice. Both servants observe the same position with their right knee on the floor, their left foot resting flat.
Their body's diagonal position leads our eyes throughout the ensemble while the quality and finesse of the execution is particularly visible in the treatment of their musculature, hair and loincloth. Perfect to be showcased in a living room or under a covered patio, this bronze servants coffee table base will be an undeniable conversation piece. The top is not included.
