A Chinese Ming Dynasty period terracotta mythical figure from the early 18th century or earlier. Created in China during the prestigious Ming Dynasty in the early 18th century (or earlier!), this terracotta sculpture features a mythical creature standing firmly on its four paws. The animal is alert, the ears raised up while the tail is nicely curved to the side.
