A dark brown late Qing Dynasty ceramic wine jug with hand-painted calligraphy and a timeworn patina. This antique vessel features a rich, dark glaze that highlights its organic, slightly asymmetrical form, a testament to its handmade origin. Dating to the late Qing Dynasty, this stoneware vessel was traditionally used for storing rice wine or vinegar, its functional form enhanced by artistic brushwork.
