A Chinese Qing dynasty red lacquered lidded scroll box from the 19th century with distressed gold chinoiserie motifs. Resting on a scalloped plinth accented with discreet foliage, this Qing dynasty scroll box attracts our attention with its red lacquered body adorned with distressed gold chinoiserie at the top and Greek Key motifs on the edges.
