Created in China during the early years of the 20th century, this wooden armchair features an open horseshoe back topped with a carved rail, flowing seamlessly into two slightly sinuous arms. A semi-circular wooden seat is resting on four legs, straight in the front and curving in the back, connected to one another through an H-Form cross stretcher strengthening the ensemble.
