A Chinese Qing Dynasty period coffee table from the 19th century with rattan top and carved scrolling legs. Created in China during the Qing Dynasty in the 19th century, this wooden coffee table features a square shaped top with woven rattan inset. This top is resting on a simply waisted apron.
The table is raised on four carved legs with scrolling extremities, resting on petite block feet. Each side is decorated in the same manner with some slight differences in the color of the patina. With its clean, elegant lines and warm brown tones, this Chinese Qing Dynasty period wood and rattan top coffee table from the 19th century will bring an exotic presence to any home, whether placed in a living room or under a covered patio.
