Created in China during the later years of the 20th century, this striking coffee table was hand carved from a single azalea root and lacquered to its reddish brown hue. This table showcases an intricate base showcasing the organic aspect of the azalea root. The piece features a reddish-brown lacquer that enhances the wood grain beautifully and adds brightness to the ensemble.
