A pair of contemporary Thai cast bronze mythological guardian animal sculptures in verdigris patina. Attracting our attention with their striking appearance, this pair of bronze sculptures was created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax (à la cire perdue) that allows a great precision in the details. Each sculpture features a mythological guardian animal with bristly mane and tail accented with a serpent-shaped extremity, biting the horn of an antelope that is emerging from the animal's flank.
