Description

A contemporary lost wax cast bronze sculpted group depicting two dogs climbing up a tree with hand-applied bronze patina. Created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax (à la cire perdue) which allows for great precision and finesse in the details, this whimsical sculpture features two long haired dogs joyfully making their way up a tree. We are left to wonder what they are looking for. Their coat is depicted with great details, their long fur hiding their eyes. Their tail is curled to the side. The life-like details, such as the coat, the paws and the bark of the tree trunk, make this a wonderful piece! A great decorative addition to any home, garden or park!
