A Greco Roman style vintage putto fountain with distressed verde patina, basin and fish motifs. Created with the traditional technique of the lost-wax (à la cire perdue) that allows a great precision in the details, this bronze fountain captures our attention with its chubby putto raising his arms to support a small basin resting on his head.
Standing on a larger basin with a fish at his right foot, the putto is slightly raising his left foot to create a subtle sense of movement. The ensemble is resting on a tripod base adorned with striking fish. With its nice proportions and distressed verde patina, this Greco Roman style putto fountain is a part of our Decorative Objects and Sculptures collection and will be an excellent decorative addition to any garden!
