Created in Japan during the Taisho period which spanned from 1912 to 1926, this miniature kiri wood tansu chest captures our attention with its clean lines and petite proportions. The tansu features a linear silhouette perfectly complimented by a natural patina. The façade showcases a pair of sliding doors fitted with a handle in the center serving as a lock. Five drawers, all fitted with metal C-scroll pulls, surround the doors.
