Description

This splendid antique dark brown Chinese cabinet from the early 20th century is adorned with gorgeous floral patterns on its doors and drawers. The floral patterns are made up of various kinds of delicately executed flowers, giving this cabinet a rather sumptuous appearance. This cabinet from the early 20th century features geometrical carved motifs on the doors and drawers and the hinges are lightly carved reflecting a traditional Chinese subtlety. The lock and the drawers’ handles are carefully shaped as metal leaves.

 

This cabinet sits on bracket feet in the front and straight feet in the back. This wonderful cabinet would be a perfect bedside thanks to its dimensions and poetic ornamentation but would also make a nice problem solver in a living room or dining room.
